Take a look at the new dashboard. You can get analytics for each of the web applications installed on your site. Let’s look at the new social chat analytics. It provides some interesting information on the social activity generated by the social chat application on your website.
The detailed click information tells you exactly how many users clicked on the public chat room through the social chat application on your toolbar. In addition, it tells you how many conversations took place, how many users connected and how many private chats took place.
This is not a replacement for the social analytics you can access in the next tab, but instead, it shows you how the social chat application has been impacting your site’s social activity.
Seeing how much activity each web app is getting helps increase your understanding of the role which the toolbar is playing to increase user engagement on your site.
